Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ProdHigh (the "App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProdHigh ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union) to use ProdHigh.

By using the Service you confirm that:

- you meet the age requirements - you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement - you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

ProdHigh requires certain Android permissions to operate its focus and screen-time features.

These permissions may include:

- Accessibility Service - Usage Access - Display Over Other Apps (Overlay)

These permissions are used **only to enable the core functionality of the application**, including detecting when selected apps are opened, displaying pause screens, enforcing 8 minute sessions and 1 hour locks, running focus timers, and calculating screen-time statistics.

ProdHigh does **not** use these permissions to collect personal content, monitor messages, record keystrokes, or access sensitive personal information.

ProdHigh uses Android Accessibility Services to detect when configured apps are opened and to display intentional pause screens before those apps launch.

Accessibility functionality is used strictly for focus and behavioral intervention features. Data processed through Accessibility Services remains primarily on the user's device and is not used for advertising or surveillance purposes.

Users may disable Accessibility permission at any time through their device settings.

Some features of ProdHigh may require creating an account.

You agree to:

- provide accurate information - keep login credentials secure - notify us if unauthorized access occurs - be responsible for activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

ProdHigh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on your personal Android device.

You may not:

- copy or distribute the software - reverse engineer the application - create derivative works - develop competing services using our technology - use the app for illegal purposes.

ProdHigh is available through Google Play for Android users.

Any download, update, review, refund, or payment process handled by Google Play is also subject to Google Play policies.

If paid features are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown clearly before purchase.

You agree not to use the Service to:

- violate any laws or regulations - distribute malicious code - interfere with system integrity - attempt unauthorized system access - exploit or abuse the Service.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using ProdHigh you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data.

You may request deletion by:

- contacting support@prodhigh.com - using the in-app account deletion feature (when available)

Once a deletion request is verified, all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable period of time.

All software, designs, logos, code, and materials associated with ProdHigh are the intellectual property of ProdHigh and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

ProdHigh is a behavioral productivity tool designed to encourage mindful phone usage.

We do not guarantee reductions in screen time, improvements in productivity, or behavioral outcomes. Results depend on individual user behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProdHigh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service in the previous 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

- access to the Service is revoked - licenses granted under these Terms end - the user must stop using the application.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes will first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms periodically.

If material changes occur, we will notify users through the application or website.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
