ProdHigh is an Android digital wellbeing app built to help users pause, think, and control social media. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and how you maintain control over your information.

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide and improve ProdHigh. This includes:
**Account Information:** If you create an account, contact support, or use optional sync features, we may collect your name and email address.
**Usage Data:** ProdHigh may collect limited usage data related to selected distracting apps, 2 second hold actions, 8 minute sessions, 1 hour locks, calendar progress, deep focus timer sessions, and feature usage. This helps the app work and helps us improve product quality.
**Device Information:** We may collect basic device metadata such as Android version, device model, and app version to ensure compatibility and diagnose technical issues. We do not collect device identifiers such as IMEI, IMSI, or advertising IDs.
**Communications:** If you contact us via email or the contact form, we store the content of those messages to respond to you and improve our support services.
We use the information we collect to:
- **Provide the Service** — operate the app and deliver focus features. - **Improve the Product** — analyze aggregated usage trends to fix bugs and improve the experience. - **Communicate with You** — respond to support requests and send important product updates. - **Maintain Security** — detect abuse or unauthorized access.
We do **not** sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or marketing networks.
ProdHigh uses the Android Accessibility Service strictly to enable its core functionality of helping users reduce screen time.
Accessibility permission allows the app to:
- Detect when selected apps are opened - Display pause screens before opening distraction apps - Enforce 8 minute sessions, 1 hour locks, and focus timers
ProdHigh **does NOT** use Accessibility Services to:
- read messages - capture passwords - log keystrokes - monitor personal content - record screen activity - collect sensitive personal data
Accessibility data is processed **locally on the device** and used only for focus and screen-time management features.
Users can disable Accessibility permission at any time in Android Settings.
ProdHigh may request Usage Access permission to calculate screen time statistics.
This permission allows the app to read:
- application usage duration - number of times apps are opened - foreground activity time
This information enables features such as:
- daily screen time reports - focus analytics - usage tracking - goal progress monitoring
Usage data remains primarily stored locally on the user's device.
ProdHigh may request permission to display overlays over other apps.
This feature allows ProdHigh to display:
- interception screens - motivation and todo reminders - usage limit notifications - lock screens when 8 minute sessions or focus limits are reached
The overlay does **not** capture screen content, record user activity, or collect personal data. It simply displays prompts designed to help users make intentional decisions about app usage.
We share data only in limited circumstances:
**Service Providers:** We may use trusted third-party infrastructure providers (such as hosting services, authentication services, and analytics infrastructure) to operate the application.
**Legal Requirements:** We may disclose information if required by law or governmental authority.
**Business Transfers:** If ProdHigh is acquired or merged with another company, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do **not** share screen-time data or usage analytics with advertisers.
We retain your account data only as long as necessary to provide the ProdHigh service.
Users have full control over their data and may request deletion of their account and all associated information at any time.
To delete your data you may:
- request deletion from within the app settings (when available), or - contact us at support@prodhigh.com
Once a deletion request is received, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Anonymous aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained for product improvement.
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- encryption in transit using HTTPS - secure authentication systems - restricted access to user data - regular security reviews
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access your personal data - Correct inaccurate data - Request deletion of your data - Request export of your data - Object to certain processing activities

ProdHigh is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover such information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

Your continued use of ProdHigh after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
